Please Note:

• Include a copy of your shipping address and order quantity with payment.
• If your order is being shipped to a New York State address, please add the 8% sales tax. 
• You are responsible for sending the correct payment amount.
• All shipping prices are included in the price of the balsam.
• Due to shipping regulations, Hanford’s Balsam of Myrrh cannot be shipped outside the continental United States, or to the states of Alaska and California.
• Hanford’s Balsam of Myrrh cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.

We will only grant a refund, credit your account, or replace a printed product if:

• The product arrived damaged (excluding damages during delivery)
• The product does not match the fulfillment information (e.g., the product is the wrong size, color, or type, etc.)

We have the sole discretion to grant a refund (including the refund method), credit your account, or replace a product. In order to request a refund, credit, or replacement, you must send a photograph and a brief explanation of the problem to us via email at info@hanford.com, subject line BALSAM of MYRRH ORDER, within 30 days of delivery.

For clarification, we will not grant a refund, credit your account, or replace a product solely because:

• It was unsatisfactory for any reason (excluding the matching of the provided fulfillment information)
• The shipping provider did not complete the delivery/the delivery was late/the shipping provider damaged items*

*In such cases, you must place a new order, or the recipient of the individual order must attempt to resolve the delivery dispute with the shipping provider.

You may not shop in person. Hanford’s is a fully operational pharmaceutical plant and is not open to the public.

Order tracking is currently being integrated into the site. While it should be ready for general merchandise items soon, it will not be available yet for Hanford’s Balsam of Myrrh orders.

We are not offering the spray bottle currently.

Our Hanford’s retro logo apparel and other items ship worldwide but due to regulations, Hanford’s Balsam of Myrrh cannot be shipped outside the continental  United States, or to the states of Alaska and California. Hanford’s Balsam of Myrrh cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
